We had a great stay at the Marquee. The views were amazing from the 16th floor and we had quick access to the Owners lounge to play a little pool. The highlight of the trip was definitely the staff. All of them were so helpful and friendly and they were full of great suggestions on where to eat. Our favorite was the Luxe Cafe just a short walk from the place. The location is great and it was very nice to have the free parking versus the other Bluegreen location a little more downtown. You also have quick access to the streetcars which were fun to ride and very cheap. We also went to the WWII museum and it was incredible. My wife also took a tour the concierge suggested around town and really enjoyed it.

We stayed in the presidential suite and really loved it. There are three rooms and 3 1/2 baths. Each room has its own en suite. The website said there was 1 king bed and 2 queens, but there are actually 2 kings and 1 queen. It worked out well. I will say that the floors are absolutely filthy. We spilled some water and when we cleaned it up with a towel, the towel came back black. Additionally, I have to wash my feet many times a day if I'm walking around barefoot because my feet get so black. It's really disgusting. Also, we had to move the couch because we dropped something and you could tell that the couch is basically never moved to clean underneath. Finally, the pool has been closed our entire stay. I checked the website the day before we left and there was nothing on the website saying the pool would be closed. The location is close enough to walk to nearly everything and for that reason can be noisy both in the room and out on the balcony. Also, aside from the pool and a courtyard, the hotel doesn't offer anything else. A lot of bluegreen places will have a spa, a sauna, games, DVDs to borrow, etc. This one does not.

For this hotel to be in a prime location in New Orleans, you would think things would be up to par. Don't get me wrong, we're enjoying our stay but the hotel could at least have breakfast, a restaurant, and certain amenities stay open longer than 10p. Maybe in the future this will change and I'll come back to visit

Location was good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The one thing we were happy about was the shower. You had to get in the shower to cut on the water and so you had to cold water for a couple of minutes before it got warm, which was a little dicey. We did eventually determine that you could move the head of the washer over to one side until I got warm and then turn it back. Other than that it was an excellent place to say I would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was great. It was close to everything where we could park our car and walk wherever we wanted to go. The rooftop will definitely be one of our best memories. The security guards AJ and Leroy were amazing. They told us so many great stories of the city and places to go. We will definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay in New Orleans at the Marquee! Leroy greeted us at the door, and he was both charming and attentive. You should know the garage will open when you drive up to it. We loved the concierge. I think her name was Marie. She recommended the VIP City tour, and it was fabulous. She also recommended Gentilly cake at Rouses and that is my new favorite birthday cake. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We want to give a shout out to Keshi O. The review we were told would take 30 minutes lasted 3 hours. We did not uograde, but we did learn a lot. Shout out to Randy who was a pleasant, informative good sport. We loved Superior Seafood and the frozen French 75. While nearly perfect, we do recommend the addition of a full length mirror for the ladies heading out to town. The trolleys were great. Download the app RT LePasse (again thank you Marie!) We will definitely return to the Marquee

The hotel itself was fine. We were staying there for a ball. The only reason I have a 4 instead of 5 is all they do it pitch pitch pitch the timeshare sales dept. Want a bottle of water? The sales dept can get you some for free if you listen to a pitch. Want a discount? Sure, the sales dept can get you that… if you listen to a sales pitch. It was just too much.

Overall one of the best Bluegreen properties we have ever visited. Very unique inside and out. Loved the giant tv on the first floor to watch the Iron Bowl. Only negative is that the elevator doors close WAY too fast. We got smashed more than once during our stay.
